It’s not what you do eat. It’s what you don’t eat.
Never cook with or eat butter.
Never eat trans fat
Never eat over 4 grams saturated fat per meal
Don’t drink whole milk or eat cheese
Don’t eat things that come in a bag
Don’t eat frozen meals
Don’t eat white bread or pasta (whole wheat only!)
Don’t eat canned veggies (fresh!)
Don’t eat over 400 calories per meal
Don’t eat more than 4 times a day. 4 meals @ 400 calories minus fats = nice body.

Check out MyFridgeFood.com, it gives you recipes using what you already have in your kitchen. You can sort the recipes by calories and carbs…it really helped me with my diet. Hope it helps!
