What exercises will help me lose belly fat fast and what diet?
Ok, so I am trying to lose my belly fat before summer time. I am skinny for the most part exceot for the belly fat. Its not that much but I really want it to be gone. The thing is, I’m not quite sure what exercises will help me burn calories the most. I’ve heard crunches aren’t efficient so which ones are? And also, what diet should I follow? 5 small meals or 3 medium meals? And what should I eat during each meal? I really need advice. Thank you so much for taking the time! 🙂

There is no food that actually can burn our stomach fat. Perhaps, belly fat is caused by the food that you consume. Maybe u take too much oily food or perhaps to much alcoholic beverages.
Sometimes, your lifestyle can caused it as well for example, sleeping within 2 hours after u had your meal.
So, maybe you can change your lifestyle a bit. 😉
Other than that, u can also lose your belly fat by playing around with you hormone. You need to decrease lactic acid that caused the fat by reducing you growth hormone. Wanna know how and why? Please visits my source because it’s too long to write everything here…
