How can I lose leg fat over butt fat?
I carry my extra weight in my legs (from the top of knee to bottom of butt) and I want to work my legs to lose fat there, but not so much on my butt, so that the two areas will be more in proportion. Whenever I lose weight, it leaves my butt first, followed by other areas of the body and the leg area last. What kind of exercises can I do at home to minimize legs, not butt?
