you’re better off to do aerobic exercise that raises your heart rate. sit ups and push ups alone will not make you lose weight. try finding a workout you enjoy, the library is a good starting place that way you don’t waste money on stuff you’ll never use. some of my faves are……the goddess workout, the bollywood dance workout, the biggest loser workouts, jillian michaels losing to win, sweatin to the oldies.
