Is there a faster way to lose belly fat rather than?
waiting for the overall body fat to reduce? My main problem is my stomach and love handles. I’ve been running for an hour 5 days a week for the last 2 weeks, and I can tell my legs and butt are already toning up.So can I do Pilate’s also and it help with losing the belly fat faster, or what advise does anyone have to give me?

when u lose fat ..u lose from ur total body fat …not from a specific place…but be patient…coz always the last place where u lose fat is ur “fat store” which is the area which contains the highest amount of fat in ur body…anyway stick toa diet which is low in fat “dun exceed 20% from ur calories comin from fat” n high in protein …n moderate carbohydrates…
1 gram fat = 9 calories
1 gram protein = 4 calories
1 gram crabohydrates = 4 calories
coz u know u can reach ur ideal weight but u still wanna lose some fat from ur body…its not all abt the scale…
but u seem to be onthe r8 track

I’d say your doing good. Do you do situps and pushups already? Cause if you don’t, ya should.

Running is not necessarily the best way to lose belly fat. You need to do some fully body compound exercises to trigger fat loss. I found this great ebook which you can pick up for free, it helped me a lot.
