cut back on what you eat, drink plenty of water and do lots of cardio type exercises. Martial arts, yoga, dancing, that sort of thing will burn away the calories fast.

actually u cant loose fat at only one spot
it doesnt matter if you work ur hand everyday u wont loose weigt there the best way is to eat less calories and burn them by working intensivly have a food journal like on http://www.tartesos-fitness.com
it takes time but if you really wanted u will do it
dont say i will eat that today and tomorow i will start …start right now work everyday and i bet you that u will loose some weight even if u r tired dont stop run do some total gym and there will be a ot of changes
