What foods and lifestyle choices lead to quick belly fat gain?
I’m looking for some detailed info on what types of foods lead to belly fat piling up quickly and lifestyle choices that get and keep the fat there as well. Essentially a guide that would really lead to a flubbier belly if followed or lead to weight loss if followed in reverse. Thanks.

Sitting on the couch, only moving to change the channel or to get up to get another bag of fatty calorie rich junk food and a beer. Moving again to relieve yourself.

basically somone who does not lead a very active life and dose not care what enters their mouth
