How do i stop gaining muscle on my legs?
Right so i go to the gym like 6 times a week, because i’m looking for weight loss.
The problem is, the cardio vascular machines (treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer, stepper etc) are causing my thighs to bulk up!
What am i going to do? I need to keep losing the weight, but how can i stop muscle gain?
Oh, i swim about 4 times a week by the way.

Try to run outside rather than on a machine. Rowing machines place alot of emphasis on your lower body and treadmills force you to catch up rather than let you follow a natural running motion. Maybe try an elliptical without resistance turned up. It has low impact, and it’s got more of a natural motion. Swimming may be your best alternative for cardio though.

How do you stop gaining muscle on your legs? That’s pretty simple, actually. Ease up on doing exercises that involve working your legs.
You’re going to the gym 6x a week and swimming 4x a week. That is a lot of exercise.
As a side note… if you have greater muscle mass, you will burn more calories, making weight loss a bit easier.
