the bodybuilding program will help you to gain more muscle, the general conditioning will help you gain more strength, control and flexibility…. so if you are just doing it for looks then the bodybuilding one will be better
the simple answer for the difference is that the bodybuilding will want you to max out – and it tears your muscles and they grow back bigger – this is why you have to rest that muscle group for a day or so…. the conditioning one uses alot of reps to help build up your muscle’s strength
