Does anaerobics alone burn fats. how much effective is it compared to aerobics in terms of fat loss?
i mean does continuing anaerobics lead to fat loss. i heard that anaerobics builds muscles whereas aerobics burns fats.

What you heard was correct. Aerobics burn fat, and anarobics build muscle.
Anaerobics alone do not burn fat. Have you ever met one of those obese weight lifters? I’ve met a couple people like that; they would lift because they liked lifting. I’m sure it made them stronger, but they didn’t lose any weight from it.
Anaerobics can help you gain more strength to get a better aerobic workout, though.
