muscle and fat loss?
Ok I wanna lose 15lbs of fat and gain muscle which would make more sense. Low carb diet then build muscle or build muscle then low carb dieting? Or if you have better advice plz share, but only ppl experienced in both fatloss and muscle gain!!!!!!!!!!

It is difficult but not impossible to achieve both together. To lose weight you have to burn more calories then you take in and to gain muscle you have to be in a “positive caloric balance” to grow muscle. So as you see, its conflicting ideas for your goal
But lets say you take in a little below maintenance calories on your non-training days and maintenance calories on training days with an influx of carbs ONLY post workout, then it is possible to gain muscle on training days via precise nutrition.
