Is it better to exercise in the evening or morning for weightloss?
I am 14, and planning on losing 10 pounds. I go to school, and have a busy schedule, so only have time to exercise in the evening. I want the best results for my weight loss, so, would it still be okay if I worked out in the evening?

Kacie, It doesn’t matter what time of day you work out. You will burn the same amount of calories. The only issue may be that older people may find it’s hard to fall asleep. After a good workout your metabolism is elevated for some time after and some people find it hard to get to sleep. If you have no problem sleeping after then night is a fine time. Best of luck to you!
