i need some advice on fat loss?
how should i go about this?
im 5’10 136 lbs and i want to go down to 125
oooh and how long should it take?
additional info: i have a membership to the gym and i have been doing cardio for this passed week for about an hour 5 times

Uhh, you’re 5`10…125 lbs is not a healthy weight for you.

be patient dont worry about the numbers on the scale until you can finally look in the mirror and say you are happy with how you look. 125 is not to little.
if you want to lose weight fast cut down on what you eat. just eat what you would normally eat but half as much.
