Try a little cardio and crunches and sit ups. Also yoga helps when you’re trying to tone up.

ok, if u work out, u are going to lose some chest….but remember…ur pretty big size in the chest area…no matter what, u are going to remain big chested. Girls will lose their chest, bc they are small chested from the beginning..
what u need to do to flatten ur stomach, is to do lots of cardio…sit ups and crunches are not the way… They will only make u bigger, unless u do cardio..
if ur in a gym…do 15 minutes of cardio, then 15-20 pound weights, then situps and crunches….then repeat for three rounds…
if u are around ur house exercising: jog for 30 minutes three times a week; At night: do sit ups and crunches.. another way!! lay flat on the ground: lift both legs half way up and repeat::remember not to let ur legs touch the ground.. other sit up: keep legs in the air, take both hands and touch ur toes. remember: dont let ur head touch the ground and keep chin in the air. Both of these are gymnastic moves… trust me they work, but remember u have to have cardio… and always remember u will lose some chest…. u want to lose some chest if u are losing weight, so ur back doesn’t hurt
