What are some healthy foods I can start including in my dinners?
I’m on a rotation of chicken breast one night then wild salmon the next night, usually with beans and a salad on the side. I’m kind of getting sick of only eating that.
What are some other healthy meats I can include?
What other sides taste great that I can include?
What about that food makes it healthy?

Wow – there is so much you can do to toss it up. Turkey and other fish like trout are great. Lean cuts of beef cut in strips and tossed with some grilled veggies. Buy 4-5 different veggies like peppers, zucchini, onion, tomato and toss on a grill with a little garlic powder (or other favourites – not too much salt). Add some low fat cheese and try making chicken/turkey wraps (like McDonald’s, just healthier)

Sides- 1/2 cup brown or long grain rice, mashed potatoes, yams, whole grain roll, soup (not cream based), cosous, etc..
Hope i’v helped, goodluck!
