Teen Mom is after the mom`s have the kids. Like their every day life. 16 and pregnant is when they actually have the baby, or before the baby, LOL.

16 and pregnant is when the girl is 16 and pregnant and it documents them up until birth and giving birth and then usually shows an aftermath a month or so later to say how they feel and what they are going through.
Teen Mom is with 4 of the girls on the first season of 16 and pregnant and their journey now as teen mothers and what they are going through trying to raise their babies, they are all about 17 and 18 years old now.

LOL! 16 ad pregnant was when the girls were 16 and pregnant. They did not have the baby yet. Teen Mom is a show about the 16 year old girls that were pregnant who are now trying to take care of their babies.
