What is the best PC based software to use to create a DVD from home video camera footage?
To create a DVD from wedding footage captured via video camera which has already been uploaded to a PC. Is there any software that could be used to easily edit the video and add music etc?

Windows Movie Maker is all I use for this. It’s easy and seems to work great.
If it’s in DVD format already I think you have to convert it to AVI or something similar, and I use WinAVI 6.3 for that.

Windows movie maker as suggested is good.
Windows Movie Maker is video creating/editing software that is included in recent versions of Microsoft Windows. It contains features such as effects, transitions, titles/credits, audio track, timeline narration, and Auto Movie. New effects and transitions can be made and existing ones can be modified using XML code
