What excercises are good for losing stomach fat?
I currently jog 2 miles and do 4 sets of 30 sit ups a day (120). What other excercises are good for losing stomach fat? I’m not interested in muscle or losing any type of fat other than stomach fat. If you could, list a few. Thanks!

It doesn’t work that way. Diet affects fat solely. Exercise facilitates the loss of fat by the loss of calories used there in. That being said, don’t eat as much. If you do, only eat fruits/vegetables and some fish. Why do you think asians are traditionally thin? Diet.

You can’t spot reduce. You must reduce your over all body fat.
To burn fat you have to gain muscle. The more muscle you have the more fat your body will burn.

If you want to lose the stomach fat you need to lower your overall body fat … eat less carbohydrates like bread , sugar , pasta … dont drink alcohol because it makes your body store more fat … eat more vegetables , fruits, cereal … Abs are 70% diet 30% exercise …. And dont be impatient … this could take a couple of months , i mean for your abs to get revealed

In a word, diet. Diet will not reduce a specific area, but you can target some areas based on what you eat and more specifically your body type. It’s different for everyone, so obviously this will be different for you. I can’t, and I don’t think anyone here can either, give you a specific answer.
Like the others, diet and exercise are the balanced key. Eating healthy not processed foods (as outlined here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4Q3nwLvWYM) will help you lose that stomach fat once and for all.
Don’t expect it to be a miracle cure, to happen in the first week or to do one specific exercise or eat one specific food (Acai berry) that will magically make your stomach fat go away.
Check your diet, make sure you’re eating healthy. Don’t just “think” you’re eating healthy, check the ingredients and make sure you’re not following yourself with healthy food that is making it harder to lose that stomach fat.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. It’s great that you are already doing cardio.
If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
