How can i ease back into getting fit again?
In a way that avoids overdoing it for a weekling? I was fit but went overseas and need to get that back but lately im aching and just sleeping too much.

Walking is the best way. Start out with shorter walks and work your way up. Once you’re able to walk at a fairly quick pace for at least 1/2 hour, then start doing more intense forms of cardio.

Walking is a great way to ease back into things. Sure your not a bit depressed. Aches and sleeping too much could be a sign of depression. But again the exercise could help in that as well.
