Don’t eat less… Its really unhealthy
Eat a lot of fruit and veg and some meat or fish for proteins. Keep your fluid intake high too. Eating less will cause low BP which is extremely bad for health.
Exercising is very important if you’re on a diet. About half an hour a day is healthy. Do exercise whenever you feel comfortable. Good luck! I hope this helps

Start very slowly. Cut off 200 calories a day from unnecessary stuff and maybe add some working out. You need to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound, and losing 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy rate.
