How To Lose fat fast!!!??? i need help?
i am 15 yrs old i weigh 149.2 lbs and 5′ 6. i have a gut and man boobs, its frustrating when all my other friends take their shirts off in front of girls and i cant. i lift a lot and play ice hockey. my diet isnt good at all. my friends always crack jokes about me i need help please!!!!
i play a lot of sports!!!! i need some fat burning diets and excercises.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Eat LESS. Excersie MORE. DUH.
And don’t say “Oh I barely eat anything and it’s all super healthy and I work out hours and hours every day…” if you were eating well and working out right you wouldn’t be fat. So you’re NOT eating right and NOT exercising, no matter what you think.
Go to the gym and get someone to MAKE you work out for REAL, not some little pansy exercise for a couple minutes that doesn’t even break a sweat.
And get someone to give you a list of foods that are good and not good. I’m amazed at people who scarf down fried chicken wings and think it’s healthy cos it’s “chicken” or fish sticks and think it’s good cos it’s “fish”…. ugh. Others think bread and milk are “healthy” but it’s only certain types. White bread is horrible for you, whole wheat is great for you. Whole milk is also loaded with fat, drink water and use skim milk in cooking.
And diets DON’T work. Ignore the idiots with acai berry, FatX12 (those are spammers anyways), ignore the “wheat free”, “atkins”, etc etc. IF you lose ANY weight on them, you’ll balloon right back soon after, plus more. Change your lifestyle if you want to stop being fat and get trim for good.
