How much fat will I lose if I do this?
I am 17 years old male and I have to lose some fat from my buttock and thighs in 3 weeks. I want to eat small portions of food everyday ( with small amounts) , run twice per day and go to the gym. Will it be possible to burn that extra-fat in this time if I do this?

3 weeks is a short time to lose weight. the most a person should healthily lose is 1 pound per week. the most important thing to do is to burn more calories than you eat. i recommend going to http://www.caloriecount.about.com. you put in what you eat and what you exercise. i also recommend eating lots of fresh fruits and veggies and not eating lots of junk food.

I don’t know about how much fat you’ll loose, but if your not already doing these exercises your gonna hurt yourself doing so much at once, ideally you should go running every other day and the gym 3 times a week (not everyday), this gives your body chance to keep up and avoid injuring yourself.
