From what I’ve heard, just breast feeding, your body burns like 500 calories a day. It takes alot of your body’s energy to produce milk and all that jazz. So, in 6 months, I wouldn’t be surprised if you lose the majority of your ‘baby fat’. Exercise always helps too 🙂
