how to lose fat and get cut fast please?
im almost 15, male. I just have belly fat and a little bit of fat on my bum. i’m about 15 pounds over weight, and i really wanna lose it fast. i wanna show my body off to chicks, and not be embarassed to wear certain colos and materials of clothes. i jsut joined a gym, and i’ll go eveyr third or second day, i’ll try to. what are exercises i should do at gym AND AT HOME in order to lose this fat and get cut and more muscluar fast?

All the scientists and dieticians say targeted weight loss is not possible, especially in the waist and belly places, but I managed it with acai berry. it’s not so much the exercise but the food you consume that is going to really help you. cut the fat from your meals and up the protein. eat complex carbs (found in whole grain foods). run on the treadmill and do a lot of cardio exercise that keeps your heart rate up to the fat burning level. make sure you get at least a half hour of cardio every day and you’ll definitely see changes within a few weeks.
