I am 16 years old,i wieght bout 110 pounds. I am well shaped but my only problem is that i have a huge love handle. Also, my thighs are kinda to thick. How can i lose that?

Eat right and exercise. At your age you can start little by little and dont stop if it seems that you dont see any difference. It will take days and months to achieve a better you. Its all in the lifestyle you know….eating those chips and fries and drinking sodas would be limited or if you can, eliminate it…eat lots of vegetables (leafy kind) and fruits (moderate only – its sweet)…whole grains (or oats) and walk around, play with your friends…move your body…and have it great looking in a few days!!!!

First of all, you are still GROWING and will add/loose weight…
it is a part of life and of adolescence. Sorry to say so, but it just like that!!! Be happy with who you are what you look like (trust me, it does not get easier as you get older!)
HOWEVER, the best way to get what you want is to be healthy. No crash diets or starvation….that is not going to get you anywhere! Eat what you want in moderation, and exercise. Cardio is the best – about 45 minutes to an hour and half at least 2-3 days per week. I was 140 (I am 5’8) before I got married, and then after I had my daughter (I was 25) I was about 200 lb. I have gotten back down to around 170 lb, but, it is all in my tummy, hips, and butt (sorry to get so personal!!!).
Just be positive, and surround your self with people like that. STAY AWAY FROM OBSESSIVE BEHAVIOR (like mirrors and scales), that is just going to make you feel like a yo-yo!!
Eat fruits and veggies, rice and chicken – and stay away from excessive fats and sugars…
THE BEST ADVICE IS TO TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR or a medical professional….they can give you more insight to your body and what works best for YOU!!!
