Does having a slow computer affect the quality of my connection on xbox live?
I have an old computer and the memory is almost gone as well. Im wondering if my computer is the reason for a slower connection on xbox live? I also live in hawaii so does that affect it too?

its both, there both a problem but 7you could get better connection but youd need a nicer computer so its mostly the pcs fault.

it all depends on if your xbox is wireless or not if it is not wireless than yes because if the copmputer is on it has to split the internet between the xbox and the pc

Not at all. If you live in Hawaii then I see why you would have a slower connection. The closer you are to the people that you are playing with the better your connection will be. If you are in a game with other people who live in Hawaii then you will have a good connection. If you are in a game with people in Europe or Eastern USA then you may have slower connections. I think its just your location. Try finding some XBL friends from Hawaii and play with them more often.
