How can I make fat free vanilla berry trifle ?

One of the best ways to finish a meal is delicious desert. Do you think it would be better if your desert were not just delicious? You may find it hard to believe, but you can make it fat-free like this vanilla-berry trifle. It is very easy to make and it is waistline-friendly. It can also be a great contender on a cook out.

To make this luscious desert, you will need a pre-made food cake, two pack of instant vanilla pudding mix, a carton of fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, skim milk and fat-free cool whip. Make sure to wash your hands before you start and so as the berries in your ingredients. Then, take the stems off your berries and cut them into four. Taking the cool whip off your counter before starting helps you to defrost it a bit.

For you trifleā€™s first layer, break your food cake into 8 pieces and spread four of those at the bottom of your bowl.
Then, mix your two packs of vanilla pudding in a separate bowl. Add two cups of skim milk and stir. Once you have it well mixed, pour half of it in your bowl of food cake. Spread the mixture in your first trifle layer until you cover the entire surface. Next, generously apply the fat-free cool whip on the pudding until you cover up the entire surface.

Sprinkle the berries with the desired amount or until you cover the cool whip without being so thick. Do the same steps for your next layers. On your last layer, you can change the arrangement of the berries, as you desire. Lastly, cover the finished trifle and refrigerate it for an hour or two before you serve it. Make sure to slice al the way through the bottom of the bowl to get servings with multiple layer.
