how do i lose weight quickly but without my parents noticing?
i weigh 136 pounds and 5’2 and wish to get to 119 pounds as quickly as possible. last year i lost 22 pounds and i was feeling good but recently i’m in a slump. what would be the best method to get to my goal weight?

Good for you for loosing 22lbs. Be proud of yourself for accomplishing what you have.
Continue to eat healthy and exercise.
I do this by eating 5 meals a day on average between 350-450 calories per meal following a 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat ratio. There are 35 meals in a week – strive to eat 95% of those meals within these guidelines.
For exercise I do the following:
Cardio
3-4 days a week of cardio exercise specifically interval training. For example: Warm up for 5 mins, 1 min of high intensity, 1 min and 30 secs of lower intensity, 1 min of high intensity, 1 mins 30 secs of lower intensity. I do this five times. One of my favorite exercises is running up and down high school bleachers. Also embrace the local hills, the steeper the better because they really get your heart rate up. You should be working to the point where you are breathing fast.
Strength Training
2-3 times a week I do strength training. If no weights then focus on squats, lunges, push ups. If you have weights add them in as you go when you’re ready. Most importantly listen to your body, if anything hurts or does not feel “right” don’t do it.
Monday – Cardio
Tuesday – Strength
Wednesday – Cardio
Thursday – Strength
Friday – Cardio
Saturday – Cardio and Strength
Sunday – Off to recover
BTW try telling your mom what you would like to do and maybe she will join you 🙂 I work out with my mom and we motivate each other.

you need to find an exercise and eating (notice I didn’t say DIET) plan that works for you;
You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.
