What are some simple yet nice Chicken breast recipes?
Im making dinner for my mom while shes at work and Ive got chicken breasts laid out. I was gonna make chicken parmesan, but of course we dont have any cheese haha
Whats a nice chicken recipe that doesnt require cheese? So far all I can think of is barbecued chicken with rice and veggies haha not really creative

How about Lemon pepper grilled chicken breasts? Season the chicken with Lemon Pepper seasoning- if no lemon pepper seasoning, you can use a little lemon juice and fresh cracked pepper or regular black pepper is fine too. Grill or pan fry until the juices run clear- about 4-5 mins per side. Serve with veggies and rice on the side and I think Mom will be happy! Good luck, hope this helps.

EASY CHICKEN BREASTS AND STUFFING
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
2 cans Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
Put stuffing mix in deep casserole dish, then place chicken on top. Pour chicken soup on top. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Take off cover and bake 15 minutes more. Very Easy!
OR
EASY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS
2 chicken breasts, deboned
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Bring soup, water, and milk to a boil in pan. Remove from heat; pour over chicken breasts in casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
OR
EASY CHICKEN BREASTS
4 boneless chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb.)
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon (optional)
Mix salad dressing, mustard, honey and tarragon. Place chicken breasts on rack in broiler, brush with half of salad dressing mixture. Broil for 8 minutes. Turn, brush with remaining salad dressing mixture. Broil additional 8 to 10 minutes or until done. Can also be done on BBQ grill or baked in a 375 degree oven, baking 15 minutes, turned and baked additional 15 minutes.
OR
EASY-DELICIOUS-TENDER-MICROWAVE
BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST
3 tbsp. lite cooking oil
Approximately 1 tbsp. minced garlic
Approximately 1 tbsp. fennel seed
Approximately 1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. honey
4 chicken breasts, pounded
In mixing cup, combine oil and seasonings. Drizzle over chicken in microwavable plate, cover airtight with Saran Wrap and microwave 4 minutes. Cook 2 breasts at a time. Drain out juices of chicken and mix with lemon juice and honey. Then, drizzle on top of chicken again and serve.
OR
EASY LEMON CHICKEN BREAST
6 skinless chicken breasts (boneless, even nicer)
Lemon pepper
Garlic salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. lemon juice diluted with 1/2 c. water
Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
Put chicken breast in a single layer, close together, in suitable pan. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt. Put Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix atop breasts. Pour on oil slowly; then pour on lemon juice-water mixture, slowly.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This recipe can be halved or doubled – adjust liquid measures
