What is the quickest and safest way to lose weight / baby fat? Any tips?
I’m 28/F who has had 4 kids. I’m done with having children and I’m looking to lose all this weight from having my children. I need to lose 35-45 pounds.
What can I eat that can help assist me in losing weight rather than just keeping it on? I have a bad habit of eating the wrong foods, and I would like to know what the right foods are when a person is looking to lose weight.
Does anyone know the quickest and safest way to lose weight?

sorry but i dont think there are easy shortcuts. it’s simply eat less, exercise more.
as for the food choices, my general rules are:
– grilled/steam’s better than fried
– greens better than meats
– fruits better than sweets
– proteins better than starches
– always water, if too bland then go for warm drinks, not cold ones
– watching portion size is very important too, only eat to 70-80% full because otherwise u’ve overeaten
– go for full flavours but smaller portions will be more satisfying than crappy, diet tastes in large portions
also i’ve mentioned it a few times before – it’s better to eat less than doing tonnes of exercise, becos u run vigorously for an hour will burn about 500 calories, i’d rather skip the piece of cake and do something i enjoy in that hour. but exercise will keep u toned so some sort of exercise is necessary.
