Is it dangerous to lose weight fast?
I’ve recently gained a lot of unwanted weight, and I was thinking about doing the “Caveman Diet”.
The real one, not the one media is promoting, I.E no carbs, all protein.
I have already done this once before, and it did no damage to my body, but I was wondering if I was just lucky.
Is it dangerous for me to go through this diet? Last time I did this I lost 26 lbs in 30 days.

I dont think its bad for you, it can just cause stretch marks though if you gain & loose weight quickly.

The pounds that you shed are mainly water weight and not from fat, which can cause you to easily dehydrate and then rapidly regain the weight.
Rapid weight loss can be harmful to your health, and must be monitored closely by a doctor. When losing weight, it’s safer to lose at a rate of no more than 1-2 pounds a week. By doing so, you will be more likely to lose the weight you want to lose, without any side effects.
Quick weight loss can increase your risk of gallstones, mineral and electrolyte imbalances, arrhythmias, changes in blood pressure, and low blood sugar — all of which can be life threatening.
Carbohydrate-rich foods are the primary source of energy for all body functions. Your body breaks down carbohydrates, or carbs, into fuel for use by your cells and muscles – Eliminating carbohydrates in your diet can be detrimental to your health that’s why eating just a moderate amount of carbohydrates is necessary for most people and it is advisable to take some food substitutes like garbanzo beans and navy beans and other vegetables which are not only rich in protein but rich sources of carbohydrates as well, dairy products and fruits are also great carbohydrate sources. Not all forms of carbohydrates can make you fat, some forms of carbohydrates can even help you burn fat like rice, sweet potatoes, sprouted grain bread, spelt, quinoa, millet and a lot more.
Hope this helps…

Will Exercise everyday
Will eat Healthy foods
Cycling, Swimming Tennis and Brisk Walking,

Sound like hard work?
2 coin a phrase ‘just do it!’
The third thing you need is commonsense
