I am 13 and I want to lose about ten pounds in a month. I want to be slim when school starts. I am 5′ 9″ and 160 pounds. What kind of exercises can I be doing, and what kind of fruit and vegetables should I eat?

You should do cardio like bike riding and running.
Also ab exercises. Something is better than nothing

You should try running. Every other day just get out and do like 2 miles. As long as your eating a steady healthy diet you should loose weight pretty quickly.

Google “tummy watcher” and go to the first website, it has a calorie calculator tool for various exercises. Also you can find out what your ideal body weight is, based on your height, age, and gender.
