How do i lose weight around the belly only?
I dont want to lose weight, But my stomach looks bloated, so how do i lose that fat around the belly area without losing fat anywhere else. Please give me an advice on food n excercise.

You cannot spot burn fat. You might want to be checked for any parasites/worms or pregnancy if you seem constantly bloated though.

Have your thyroid checked as that will predispose you to abdominal distention, bloating and gas. Constipation will do it also. Milk is a big problem food you may have to omit to see if that helps….otherwise, you may want to go for allergy testing. GOod luck because weight around the stomach makes you much more at risk for cardiac problems, so good luck and keep you doctor involved to check these ideas and rule them out.

Really your question is how to get rid of love handles?
Well this depends on 4 factors.
1) Diet
2) Specific exercises for your mid-section such as side bends and situps.
3) Follow a proven plan
4) Taking action by following a proven fitness routine.
I failed many times in my quest to lose weight. But finally I got it all together and succeeded with finding my ideal weight. The difference was getting really good advice and getting completely motivated to take action. This site helped me a lot because it is has great workouts and diet tips.

In not possible to spot reduce fat in just one part of your body, like your belly. In order to lose belly fat you will need to lose the fat all over your body.
In short you may need to start:
1) Eating healthier, this means:
Eat smaller meals
Eat more meals a day
Don’t starve yourself
Eat more vegetables and fruit
Drinks more water
Less sugars and empty calories (less soft drinks, cakes, cookies)
Switch to whole wheat versions of your bread and pasta, brown rice instead of white rice
2) Exercising:
Forget crunches, crunches work your ab muscles but they dont burn enough calories to lose belly fat, if you do hundreds of crunches daily you will have great abs but you wont see them under your belly fat.
Prefer full body exercises they burn the most calories and increase you metabolism for a few hours after your workout.
Get a training partner or a fitness trainer, a very worthwhile investment – of the money you save on junk food for example =)
Try also to reduce stress and get enough sleep. Both of these are related to weight gain and emotional eating.

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it.
Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it’s well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can tell you more about either of these.

To lose your weight, you need to:
Exercise in the morning(7am), afternoon(1pm), and noon(6pm).
Eat 1-3 times a day. (It has to be fruits, vegetables, low calories of food)
Drink water 7 times a day.
Sweet and sour food will at least eat 2 times in a week.
