How can I loose weight fast and healthy like?
I’m thirteen, and I’ve been trying to loose some weight and be healthier because “I’m at risk of being overweight”. However, I need to loose some weight quickly because I have a theater audition coming up. I dont want to be unhealthy about it, and I’m not about to stop eating or anything like that, I would just like to know some advice people could offer in this case for a kid who doesnt have access to anything other than some weights and a tredmill.

Drink water and eat 5 pieces of fruit a day in addition to your normal diet, and excersise helps too.

2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits, lean meat

Exercise 4-5 times a week for at least 45 minutes. Eat lots of protein (chicken, fish, turkey) vegetables and fruits. Try to limit rice, pasta, bread and sweets. Be sure to eat breakfast (low fat-yogurt, fruit, oatmeal) and also prepare two healthy snacks in between lunch and dinner (3 slices of turkey, low fat string cheese or an apple and low fat cottage cheese) Hope this helps…
