How do I loose weight fast and easy?
I want to loose weight. I walk about 30 mins 3 to 4 days a week. I ride my rike all most everyday 2 miles. What else could I do? I dont want to take pills or stop eating or anything like that? It needs to be stuff i can do around the house and not going to the gym.

eat healthy and skip (with a skipping rope) on the days you don’t run. 10 minutes of skipping is the same as running for 30 minutes

well first get a cloth tape. Measure yourself each week. THAT IS THE REAL SCALE. included in weight is your muscle and fat. but muscle is heavier than fat. but though the scale may waver your jeans never lie!

Use wraps for sandwiches instead of bread or buns… american cheese is like wicked fatty so avoid eating too much of it… look at the saturated fat levels in foods (other fat is bad too but that especially). When you think youve walked enough to be in at least semi okay shape (i have no clue if you are in shape or not) try doing a slow jog for a mile or two to replace the walks. if you feel like it you could start running faster. it burns more calories and takes up less time out of a busy day.
if you eat when your not hungry, try chewing on a piece of gum. it helps to not eat when your not hungry.

Easy, you need to have a daily exercise, workout and balance what you are eating,avoid fatty foods.
