The same way you lose weight at any age – eating healthily and getting regular exercise.
Note that “eating healthily” is not the same as “not eating much”. Undereating can actually mean putting on weight because your body stores more of the food it does receive as fat.

do sports. basketball, volleyball. running or walking is good exercise as well. and swimming do wonders to you. don’t diet…just eat healthy foods.

You should try to eat even smaller portions and you need to exercise to loose weight. You should learn how to count calories also. to loose weight i have 1,500 a day and go for a 3 mile jog and do a half hour of ab exercises and I am around your age. If you don’t exercise then to lose weight you have to only eat 1,000.
so just exercise- cut back- and try to start counting calories. good luck!

usually you can get active and stay active by joining a sport. Also, maybe talk to your mom about getting more veggies/fruits, and less chips/soda

they’ll either give you some tips, or give you the name of a place that will specialize in these types of things.

first call.. dont do anything silly.. starving yourself doesn’t work, and neither do diet pills.
Talk to your doctor, its surprising how much those guys know, and if your embarrassed… don’t be they would have seen/heard worse.
As an online answerer… id say…
Sit down with your mom, or whoever cooks your meals, and go through a weekly eating plan… or do it for 1 week at a time, so the shopping can be done accordingly. you can find healthy eating plans online by searching.
If you dont want to tell your mom about you wanting to lose weight, just say, youve been feeling a bit crappy lately and want to try eating a bit healthier.
you wont lose weight straight away, but in a few weeks, you’ll notice a difference.. both in your weight, and your general wellbeing.
I wouldnt say joining a gym, as its REAL hard to get motivated on your own, but maybe take up a physical hobby. my prefrence is martial arts, as i can see im getting better at it, i can go at a pace that suits me, and as a bonus im learning to defend myself.

You may need just a bit of help with this, mostly because it’s an issue of education not stopping eating a certain food or foods.
Losing weight isn’t all that complex in a way, take in fewer calories then you have been over time and you’ll lose weight. That is you have to burn off more calories then you take in. You do this by modifying your food intake and increasing your exercise.
The trick is knowing how much you’re now taking in (measured in “calories), how much you need as a growing person, and how much you need to cut down each day to loose a certain amount each week (decrease 500 cal per day to loose one pound a week).
You’ll probably need someone to help you figure out how to do this and still get proper nutrition, how much to exercise (burns more calories), understand portion sizes etc. It actually can be a very interesting process.
You can ask your doctor to refer you to a licensed/registered dietitian, nutritionist or someone of that sort. You won’t need a whole lot of visits. Take a parent with you so they will know how to help you by learning to choose and cook foods that are healthy and satisfying.
Who knows, your whole family may become healthy because of your efforts!

What you want to do is actually eat more frequently, but in lesser amounts. Try it!
Eat six small meals a day. Lots of light foods, such as fruits and vegetables. Obviously you need to still eat an adequate amount of protein each day but that will come.
Also, it is important that you perform some cardiovascular workouts every day. Go jogging, swimming, on a treadmill, etc. for at least 20 mins each day. I can guarantee that using these tips you will lose at least 10 pounds, but more importantly, you’ll look very fit. Good luck, and remember, there is NO easy way out. Don’t get tempted by bogus pills or supplements.
