In 2 weeks, by following a strict diet (which is eating a lot, but a lot of 100% healthy food) and doing cardio everyday, you can lose about 2 kilos which is about 5-6 pounds.
Any more weight lose than that can be bad for your health and also, can make you lose muscle, which can make your figure look uglier, so I’d reocmend you not doing any fast easy ways to lose more than the 5 pounds.

puke, starve yourself. the only way. no joke. and exercise like crazy. thats all those skinny girls do. drink lots of water and when you feel hungry eat a tablespoon of peanut butter. keeps you full. also chew gum. you should not feel the hunger or cravings after about 3-5 days anymore and it will become easier. trust me i know…sadly. i dont recommend puking. its too unhealthy. drink coffee before working out for lots of energy that can give you an amazing workout

It depends
How much do you weigh now?
Whats your target weight?
If you are 180lbs and you want to slim down to 100lbs in 2weeks thats SUPER IMPOSSIBLE and dangerous for your health
Well, the natural safe way is:
– Do NOT eat breakfast, just have 1 cup of hot chocolate NOT coffee
– For Lunch eat 1 piece of BANANA and drink 2 glasses of water
– For Dinner you can eat 1 bowl of chicken soup
DO NOT EAT carbohydrates (i.e. rice, pasta, cheese) as this will not help you
If this doesn’t help you lose weight then I suggest you take drastic measures and down some Xenadrine

Plan your meals. Look for healthy, delicious meals online or in your cookbooks, and create a menu for the week. Make sure that your meal plan reduces your total calorie intake: you’re not going to lose weight if you consume the same amount of calories by eating different foods. Make a list of what you’ll need for these meals, and — except for a few snacks, of course — don’t stray from your list when you get to the market. Planning your meals helps ensure you get a balanced diet and reduces the temptation to stop off for fast food or order a pizza. Remember, it’s easier to stick to your shopping list if you shop when you aren’t hungry.

Set realistic goals
When making changes to your diet and exercise habits start small and set a few realistic goals. If they are realistic, you are more likely to achieve and stick with them and feel successful, which in turn boosts your self-esteem and self-confidence for ongoing success.

Work out how to achieve your goals
Setting a goal ideally includes a plan for how to achieve it, and how to overcome things that might get in the way such as trigger eating (see below), poor food choices at work, eating the kid’s leftovers or too many takeaways. Writing your goals and action plans helps enormously.

A food diary helps you recognise this ‘trigger’ or ‘non-hungry’ eating, which in turn places you in a better position to deal with it. For example, make a conscious choice to eat (or not to eat – see below) a food. Or plan ways to avoid triggers in the first place, for example, keep ‘binge’ foods out of the house or join an evening class to keep you away from the TV, crisps and wine bottle!

There is NO way you will lose more than 6-8 pounds of water weight in 2 weeks, which will come back the second you eat anything. You won’t lose any inches as you are not losing any fat that quickly
If its that important, take 6 months to work out and eat healthy and go to a casting at a later date. You’ll never be really skinny within 2 weeks and if they reject you now, that’s it. I’d wait until you have the body you want before even going in

Eat without distractions
Don’t let your best efforts to control how much you eat be sabotaged by doing something else during meals. A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that women who ate while listening to a story on the radio ate 70 calories more than women who ate with no distractions.

More good reasons to be active
Regular physical activity, especially if you include some strength training, not only burns calories and boosts mood and energy levels but can build muscle. Muscle burns loads more calories than body fat, and just a 3 pound increase in the amount of muscle in your body can potentially burn enough extra calories to lose an extra 10lbs over a year.
