What is the best way to lose fat without losing weight?
I’m 5’7″ and I weigh 100 pounds. I’m not underweight, I’m the perfect weight for my age, but I have a little belly fat. I’m not overly large, but I have a little bump and is there a way to lose that without losing weight? Thanks.

the best way to lose fat without loseing weight would be to keep exercising and eating healthy food.
use weight routines an routines that build muscle this will keep your weight the same while you lose fat but you will lose a little weight along the way the only thing you can do is put on muscle this will help you gain weight without fat.

If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.

simple rules to follow
– run 30 min or 3 to 4 miles a day.
– eat 500 less than your calories limit. you should check out what is your daily intake for calories.
– break into five small meals
– avoid soft drinks, fats, fried foods.
– drink plain water.
– no food after 9 pm

First thing you need to do is to stop eating junk foods and fast foods if you’re doing so. Then, you need to avoid beer and other alcoholic drinks that are rich in calories because it contributes to having an unwanted belly. Next thing to do is to somehow have a healthy diet plan consisting of vegetables, fruits, and maybe try a master cleanse recipe that helps maintain the weight you desire. You would really need to lose some extra weight if you want to lose the belly. So, doing exercises daily also helps.
