How can I lose weight and still enjoy a glass of wine with my evening meal?
I have tried to cut out completely but need to know how much I can drink and lose weight as I have around 5 stone to lose.
Vicki – one of the reasons people can’t keep weight off is cause they are sometimes expected to give up completely the food and drink they enjoy.

Cut out one small thing during the day that adds up to the amount of wine you are drinking. A glass of wine is good for your heart and also it’s way better for you then a chocolate chip cookie. Have what you want, but just learn how to balance out what you eat daily. Best of luck!

You can’t once your on the diet you stay on the diet… its painful and you’ll hate it but know you have to do it then you’ll look at that wine and think, yea i should have some, i’ve earned it, next thing you know your gulping down the whole bottle and out goes the diet… bye diet, hello fat 🙂
