Run and ride a bike.
You can even run in place.
Diet and exercise.
A lot of people say that “my diet isn’t working, i haven’t found anything that works”
If you say that, then you aren’t sticking to it!
No sugar, or pasta, or bread! No sodas either! Cut it out of your diet!

you can clean a lot. All the arm movement and walking around or up and down stairs burns a lot of calories. Playing with kids can help, too. Vacuuming is a great exercise, do the whole house if you can. Also, standing has been said to be an exercise. Sit as little as possible.

Obviously, you havent tried everything.. You should try leaving the house and going to these places called gyms. It helps

You can drink slimfast. And you can go to the gym around 3-4 times a week. You can jog or run in the morning and after dinner. You can walk your dogs too while jogging to do multi-tasks! Dont eat alot of candy and sugar or junk food like cheetos or fattening chips. hopes that helps and you can make a mini schedule for you like jog in the morning dont eat this or that then jog in the evening work out do 20 pushups 40 crunches……..etc…….get what im saying? Crunches are really good for you if you wanna lose weight and get a flat stomach. you just pretend like you sitting in a chair and lean against a wall then go down really slowly. i think they may be called crouches not sure.you can search up on youtube the 12 sequence and it will tell u how to do it which helpes you lose weight AND get a flat stomach.

1. dont bank on the words ‘fast’,’easy’,’simple’ & ‘quick’….to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week
2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day…get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like
3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea
4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.
5. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus
6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)
7. dont trust myths like “no food after 7pm”…you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal…
8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too…Stay focused on your goal and God bless you…

It seems as though you are exercising and eating healthy, at least when you are trying to lose weight. The one thing you did not mention was getting enough sleep. With your busy lifestyle, are you getting enough sleep each night. The more sleep, the better. In order for your metabolism to be consistent, a steady amount of sleep is required. I hope this helps!

Well make yourself move around a lot, do house chores like sweeping, mopping, washing the bathroom and etc, or you can put on some fast music and dance or you can do sit ups, all this really helps me to lose weight fast actually. Drink 8 glass of water everyday. Control what your eating. Go out, take a slow walk then jog then run. Hope it helps! Good luck thou!
