Just don’t load up on junk food. The best thing you can do to lose weight and to keep it off is to eat 3 or more meals a day especially breakfast. Just eat smaller portions. It will keep your metabolism going at a steady rate.

If you want to go simple make sure you eat lots of protein, it will lower the snack cravings.

if your 125 lbs and 5 ‘3 thats perfect!
If you do want to get healthier and maybe loose 3 or 4 lbs eat less but dont ever NOT eat cus that never really works. When your full, dont keep eating, never eat while watching tv becuase that causes people to overeat without even knowing it. take multi vitamins, your only 14, so you probabnly have a high metabolism still, just go out and do a sport, do legs squats which are really effective & drink ALOT of water, at every meal if you can.

fruits, veggies, nuts, milk, yogurt, whole wheat grains, LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER
make sure you are eating at least 1400 calories or your metabolism will literallty stop working

this is what i do
go for a two mile run ever day and eat lots of fruits and veggies
