How do i gain weight quickly?
I am a 5’3 woman who weighs105. I would like to gain some curves moslty in the hip area. I haven’t any idea how to go about doing this so i need some help. I have the proclivity to loose weight without trying. Help!

Talk to your doctor (there are all kinds of supplements that can help you put weight on in a healthy way, you don’t want to put weight on by just eating a whole bunch, or by being lazy, so the easiest and best way is to consult a doctor).

Research exercise to build muscle in your hips and outer thighs. If you want to put on weight, don’t go with sugars and processed fats, eat more good fats like nuts and avocado. Much better for your cardiovascular health.
