How can I lose weight fast like 20 pounds in 2 weeks?
I have a modeling photo shoot in 2 weeks and by that time I want to lose 20 pounds.if anyone knows how to bleach teeth from home as well that would be great. Need a cheap quick fix. Any Ideas?

well if you’re going into the modeling industry, you will probably fall into this sooner or later, so i’ll give you tips that actually work on losing weight: they might be kind of risky though
You will have to eat once a day, every day for the rest of these 2 or 3 weeks.
You will have to drink lots of coffee for your metabolism to boost, and fill yourself with as much water as you can. Smoking helps too, but its not a good idea if you want your teeth to be nice and clean looking haha. You don’t have to excercise like a maniac, but do more things that will make you shed more calories. Like, go for walks, instead of using your car all the time, just walk. Walking gets you lean legs and they will look sexy. Swim a lot, because swimming burns a lot of calories. Eat less than 500 cals a day and burn 300 cals a day so you can only be left with 200 cals or 100 and you will lose weight like crazy. It will probably take you 3 weeks to lose 20 lbs or if your metabolism is slow, it will take you 4 weeks. If you really want to lose 20lbs in 2 weeks well…..I guess you would have to not eat anything for 2 weeks and work out and drink lots of water. Good luck. Try diet pills too. Models live like this, its not a big surprise to find a model that is living off a lot of diet pills, coffee, drugs, or just plain eating disorders. I’m a model and I fell into drugs like coke. Not a good idea, but it really helped. I don’t do drugs anymore but diet pills.

Then use nutrition info on food packaging and go to nutritiondata.com and you’ll find how many calories each food contains.
