working out like 5 days out of the week, eating healthy and rinking water.

I was in your exact same situation. weight watchers really worked for me, I lost about two lbs. a week. I went from 136 to122

Im nearly 14 and i have the pouchy thing too. Although it is starting to go away. All i’ve been doing is eating mostly healthy things and doing light exercise. Every 2 weeks i have a day off my diet where i eat whatever i want (not too much though). I do about 50 sit-ups a day but i’ve been doing it for 2 months and that has only improved my sticking-out-belly thing a little bit.
Only advice i can give you is keep exercising and trying to eat healthy and you’ll lose weight quicker than you think 🙂

I totally get where you’re coming from. I’m 15 also trying to lose weight. I’m a little taller though. In 6th grade I lost 20 pounds just exercising and eating right, but now when I try that I just dont feel motivated and get lazy, for me I need a plan and have to stick to it.
I just recently went on specialk.com and set up a plan for myself. It is a strict diet, you have to replace meals with snack bars and for snacks you have a protein drink or shake or snack bar. I just happened to ask a question about weight loss to see if anyone has any ideas. I do dance and go to the gym but get lazy a lot. My advice is to go on that website, and try it out. (:
I hope it works or I find another way to lose weight.
Hope I helped.
