how do you motivate yourself to loose weight?

for the last two years I have tried to get myself in an exercise routine. It works for about a a week and than it well dies quickly. How can i be motivated to work, and work it off, and keep at it for the rest of my life?

I understand I had the same problem, just don’t look at exercising as work. Get a active hobby, something you enjoy.
You also need to eat the right food as well but if you don’t working out is just pointless.

I look in the mirror and see if I’m happy with the way my body looks. Thanks to the holidays, that would be a no. So that means more gym time and less sugar time!
