Planning on getting married soon and need to lose weight on my stomache, bum, legs and upper arms. Any tips? I HATE diets and dont enjoy the gym, but i do like to walk!!

Try the GI Diet (by Rick Gallop) its not like a diet. It uses normal food and is so easy! Walking is great exercise, do a brsik walk for an hour a day and you will benefit greatly..;

No magic recipe that I know of. If you don’t like dieting and exercise then you better get used to the idea of being fat.

The best way is not to consider any quick ways.
Weight gain is quite simply the fact that you are putting more calories into your body that it needs to operate and it is therefore storing the excess as fat – ready for times when food becomes scarcer. Bodies are extemely good at this sort of thing and you just cannot trick them. If you go on a starvation diet your metabolism will go into disaster mode and slow down to conserve its fat reserves – thus defeating the object of the exerecise.
The simple fact is that to lose weight you must use more energy that than you ingest and thus use up your fat reserves. Don’t try to go stupid or your body will start to use up muscle rather than fat and your heart is a muscle – you can give yourself heart problems.
Weight loss is achieved with a two-pronged attack:
1. Eat less, but eat sensibly. Plenty of fruit and something like low fat youghurt, plus plenty of vegetables. Cut right down on the fats, sugars and carbs – bang go the bacon butties for breakfast. Good lean meat is essential (unless you don’t eat meat) to maintain good metabolic function and body repair.
2. Exercise – walk hard, go to the gym, ride a bike, use the stairs not the lift, walk at lunchtime rather than sit at your desk or the cafe.
Once you have got your weight down, remember to continue with the sensible eating. Not dieting, just adeqaute calories to maintain your weight. These calories can be from anything you want, but hopefully during the dieting phase you will have re-learned your eating habits.
Its all a chore, but it is the only real way. If you want it, you’ve just plain got to work for it.
Set goals, go to weightwatchers for support etc.

Have you tried a cleanse? I’ve been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I’m going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it’s not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it’s just walking around the mall or the track. I’m now on month 2 and I’ve lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.

Walk an hour a day, more if you can manage it. Eat smaller portions, drink plenty of water. Try to eat less sugars, fats, carbs. Do not bother with crash diets.
