there is no healthy way to lose weight fast because loosing weight too fast can be as bad as putting weight on to fast
try these things to help loose weight;
exercise;

eat healthy;
– try to eat all the recommend foods (food pyramid)
whatever you do, do NOT starve yourself , as this is unhealthy and causes you to GAIN wait !

Fast is not really a useful option. If you want to both lose weight and keep it off, the best bet is to combine a modest reduction in calories with a significant increase in regular, vigorous and long term exercise.
