If i go on a one meal a day diet for me to lose weight, would that cause a reduction of my breast size?
I want to lose weight
so eat less
well only one meal a day
but would that effect my boob size aswell, so they go smaller?

Actually, you don’t need to “diet” per se if you want to lose weight, I learned this at the website in the box below, they have lots of instruction, I worked off 7 pounds by taking their advice.

by eating 1 meal a day your body will go into starvation mode meaning you wont lose weight for a while as the body wont burn the cals as it normally would
you should try 1200 cal a day diet.
yes when you lose weight you will lose it from your chest too.

Yeah, you lose weight of your boobs as well as other parts of your body.
But you won’t be able to last on one meal a day – the body needs a regular supply of energy throughout the day
If you exercise MORE and eat a sensible diet you were will burn calories and also fat.

If you eat only one meal a day, you are not going to lose any weight. What will end up happening is that your body will think you are starving it and store any calories that you do eat. You might even end up gaining weight doing that. A better idea is to eat smaller meals through out the day and to exercise. The idea is to have more calories going out then coming in. If your body feels starved and starts to store all calories taken in, then there are no calories going out.

Uh – starving yourself is actually going to give you the opposite effect of what you want. You will NEVER loose weight starving yourself.
Food intake is about 70% of your food intake – not just exercise (which you have to do as well).
Eat!! Eat healthy foods every 2 hours (small portions) and exercise and you will loose weight.
About your breast size . . . unfortunately, you will probably loose some of the size. I lost 40 pounds and lost 1 cup size. It was, to be honest, a little (ok A LOT) depressing!! I wish there was some great exercise to do to build up breast size! Honestly, I think if there were, all women would be exercise fanatics!! HA!
Anyway – good luck with the whole weight thing. Just most importantly, don’t get discouraged! Just stick to it and enjoy!

Any kind of weight loss is going to affect your breast size, but it’s up to your genes to determine how much you’ll actually lose.
Eating one meal a day is a very foolish way to go about it. Your body needs food. Your metabolism runs best on several small meals each day. You also need to exercise. Eating just a meal a day isn’t going to help you. You might lose weight, but you’ll be flabby and unhealthy. Have fun with that.
Oh, hey, once you hit your target weight and start eating normally again, what do you think is going to happen to your weight loss, sweetie? Yeah, you’ll gain it riiiiiight back.

It depends. Your weight? Bra size? Age? Height?
Sometimes you will lose breast size, but it may not be much.
