What is a fast way to lose weight within a month?
I’m 14, i’m healthy, but my thighs and butt are too big, and want to make them smaller before September. Is it true that specific fruits help you lose drastic weight? I want to lose weight as soon as possible.

Okay!
My best friend’s aunt had a baby and some extra flab. She was still size 1, (tiny) but wanted to get rid of the flab.
She went to a nutritionist and they told her to lose weight, you need this.
Breakfast: Cereal with calcium in it and low fat milk. NOT SKIM MILK.
Or, you could have eggs, they are also good and make you strong. Or,
wheat toast with low-fat butter, just a spread of butter.
Lunch: Sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, etc. and some type of meat like chicken or turkey, and plenty of fruits and vegetables
Dinner: Whatever you would like to prepare. If it’s something with carbs like pasta, then you need to workout for 20 minutes afterwords to burn it off. If you eat something healthy like a salad, then you’re fine and don’t have to work out. Eat dinner around 4:30 or 5:00 so it has time to digest before you go to bed.
Snacks: Fruit, veggies.
At night, around 8:30 or 9:00, or whenever 30 minutes before you go to sleep is, have something small that will keep you sleep during the night. You could have a smaller serving of what you had for breakfast, or like a granola bar or Special K bar.
Also, for a yummy dessert, try cutting up some strawberries and putting them in a bowl. Then add some yogurt to it (Reccomend Activia or Yoplait) and mix it up for something delicious under 150 calories.
Drink lots of water to stay hydrated and to help your digestive system!
Tips for working out:
You don’t actually have to “work out.”
You can swim, or jump on a trampoline, or take a local Zumba class somewhere, or you could run a little bit and then walk when you get tired, and then run some more and so on.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to just lose weight from you thighs and butt. If you want to lose weight, it will affect your entire body. The best way to lose the weight is through a combination of interval training, cardio work and weight training.
You’ll also want to make sure you drop the junk food and eat health stuff. If you follow this type of plan, you’ll lose weight pretty easily. I was able to drop 20 pounds in about three months by doing this. Best wishes.

1、Limit TV. Watching too much TV encourages you to eat more than you realize. Avoid the excess calories and mindless eating by cutting down on the amount of time you spend in front of the TV. Find other activities to enjoy that occupy your hands as well as your time.

1 Water blast – I love cold water. Drinking water is the number one tip for losing weight fast. Everyone should consume at least half the ounces of their own weight. For example: My weight is 142 pounds, so I should drink at least 71 ounces of water daily, which is half of my weight.
Make sure the water is pure without toxins. Spring water is a great choice. The more water you can drink the better. Experts recommend drinking between 6-8 glasses daily, but everyone’s body is different. Overweight people should drink according to their body weight to make sure they get enough.

Alternate Calories
The theory behind alternating calories is a good one. The body determines how many calories to burn based on data collected from the previous days caloric intake. For instance, if someone normally eats around 2000 calories a day, the body will become accustomed to burning at least this much. When one alternates calories, they eat the typical amount of calories for one to two days and then drastically drops the amount of calories for one to two days, and then return to the normal amount.
For instance, Monday and Tuesday might be 2000 calorie days while Wednesday and Thursday are 1000 calorie days and then back to the 2000 calorie diet for Friday and Saturday. Sunday would be a 1000 calorie day. This tricks the body into burning more calories and helping the individual lose weight.

Sara does a really good job answering this question.
But it really is simple as this. Eat less calories than you burn. Use a online calculator to see how many calories you burn during your average day. Then figure out how many calories you need to be at to lose the weight during September. There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat. So you can do the math.
Ted Blompy has a decent blog that he does that shows what stuff he tries and if it is successful. He did atkins, southbeach, etc.
