Why not dump some bbq sauce over it and throw it in the oven?

I boil them and the peel the meat off. Then I put the shredded chicken into a celantro herb and salsa recipe I have and make chicken enchiladas, or chicken burritos, tacos, etc…..there is so much you can do…..
If you like also, put it into a soup, that way it lasts longer……

The only other chose you have really is on the grill, or in a toaster oven.
I know you said not baked, but if you have the chance Bisquick has a receipe on the back of their box for a “shake and bake” type chicken. . .so good and my daughter loves it too. The only fat is butter on the bottom so it doesn’t stick and cooking spray.

This is really yummy and can be done in a crock pot instead of the oven. – But all you do is pour salsa over the chicken and either put it in the crock pot or bake it in a 325 degree oven (cover it with foil – but make sure the pan is deep enough that the foil does not come in contact with the salsa – tomatoes and foil do not play well together). bake it for about an hour. Top with cheese before serving – serve with a side of black beans
